How your information is stored
Your information is stored by third-party services.
When you submit your information via a form on our website, it is processed and stored temporarily by our web host Netlify, before being forwarded to our email provider, EmailOctopus, which we use to manage the email lists and send emails. By subscribing to our Newsletter List or Members List, you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to EmailOctopus for processing. EmailOctopus may collect and process your data using industry-standard technologies to help monitor and improve our emails. This includes monitoring if you have opened or clicked on emails.
If you subscribed to our Members List prior to 25 July 2026, your information was stored with Google. Read Googleʼs privacy policy for more information.
