Rally to defend Fatima Payman: Sanction Israel, not Palestine supporters

Senator Fatima Payman took a principled stand to cross the floor to vote in favour of immediate Palestinian statehood against the Parliamentary ALP. Anthony Albanese’s shameful response was to sanction her—suspending her from the Parliamentary caucus. Her resignation from the ALP soon followed.

Albanese should be sanctioning Israel in response to its genocide in Gaza, not Payman or any other Palestine supporters. Join our protest to defend Payman and call on Albanese to cut ties with genocide.
